Ark Latest Community Crunch update may have more details than everyone realized. They released the dossier for latest creature being announced, the Yi Ling. In this dossier in describes the creatures behavior and their creature abilities. It does not however describe its taming method.
Yi lings abilities imply that there will be changes coming to Ark survival ascended Aberration, as its abilities add another way to traverse the rugged terrain. Also there are engrams not typically found on Aberration or allowed on Aberration, but Engrams work differently in ASA....
