Solutions & How to Overcome Missing Files/Images or Missing Image Links in Adobe Illustrator
Many of us may not know the solution when a file is missing or an image is missing from an Adobe Illustrator file when we open it in AI. When the image we need isn't in the file folder, or in other words, isn't embedded in the AI file, the message "Could not find the linked file.... Choose replace to select another file or ignore to leave the link unchanged" appears. This is because there is a missing file or image in our Adobe Illustrator file.
