The conclusion of the panzer 38 build, for now. After some trial and error (and a little advice from Night Shift) I am so happy with how this model came out. I feel that it perfectly recreates the box art for this model. I show step-by-step how I create dust effects around all the rivets and how many layers it takes to create a rusty exhaust.
