This course will provide you with an understanding of the fundamental principles and concepts behind WeckMethods movement strategies inluding Coiling Core Training®, Rotational Movement Training®, and Bilateral Torsion Training®. You will explore these concepts and principles utilizing 3 of our products including ProPulse® Speed Trainers, WeckMethod Resistance Bands, and the RMT® Rope. You will learn tried and true progressions to developing the techniques associated with each product and learn drills to incorporate them into your current training programs.
The Live Event will be approximately 6-8hrs in length and will require participants to partake in testing standards to show profieciency in technique prior to becoming certified.
Whether you are just starting out in the fitness industry, have been in it for years, or just want to progress your own personal practice, the techniques you will learn in the Rotational Movement Training Course will evolve your understanding of exercise and movement.
