One of the most popular creative filters amongst photographers and videographers is a mist filter, for many reasons. This filter softens the image taking away some of that sharpness these digital cameras produce, they bloom highlights and also lift the shadows of our image giving them a faded look. We typically see them being used in a lot of films and it just makes everything look a lot more soft and cinematic. The problem is for many people these filters are expensive.
So I get it! You want to get that pro mist but most filters are way to expensive. In this video, I show you exactly how to get that glowy, dreamy, pro mist look in Photoshop!
