Follow along with Paul Howells, the owner/operator of local Christchurch restaurant Twenty Seven Steps, who shows us how to make a delicious honey whiskey mousse using the Airborne Rata Honey. Rata Honey has a delicate buttery taste that is perfectly paired with desserts.

You'll need:
4x eggs
140 mL Whisky
1 TBSP Airborne Rata Honey
400 mL cream
4x sheets gelatin
