I have had the biggest trouble finding the perfect gym, there are so many new gym rules and gym etiquette. With my simple tips, you will be able to find your favorite workout spot in no time!!!
WORKOUT:
Do 10 reps of each exercise - repeat once more for a total of 2 rounds.
1. Jumping lunges + battle ropes
2. Barbell hip thrusts
3. Box jumps
4. Row machine - 45 seconds
5. Fixed jump-overs
6. Squat jump ball throws
7. Kettlebell hinge swing
8. Kettlebell upright row
9. Kettlebell standing skull crushers
10. V-ups
Try not to rest!!
Get all your equipment set up before you begin.
If you can do 3 rounds - heck yea, do it!!
Make sure to rest at least 1:30mins in-between each round.
