GTA San Andreas - Pistol Skill - reaching Hitman Level at the very beginning of the game
This was done honestly; meaning there were no tricks.
There's a location at the Come-A-Lot casino in Las Venturas that I like to use to increase my weapon(s) skills. In the process I also increased my 'Respect' level.
