Yes to some peoples surprise Weather report is the worst stand in A universal time on Roblox. I'm gonna put my thoughts here in the description just as an excuse for me to not respond to comments.
To be clear being the worst stand doesn't make it the worst SPEC in aut.
Weather report is a combo heavy stand with m1 combos, this isn't normal for aut since about 60% of the specs in aut just do move into move into move. Despite this wr has no reliable combo starters in neutral as its only options is it's m1s which happen to be some of the slowest in the game. Ontop of this wr's combo is super ping reliant and ontop of this is also just inconsistent anyway. You have to use half of ur kit to do about 200 damage which most other stands or specs in aut can do in 3 moves.
Wr has no hyper armour moves that are good in neutral making it very risky to not play aggressive but if you play aggressive you can only combo start with m1s or a barrage making it a bad idea to do that too. Heavy weather technically fixes some issues with it's elemental combo gimmick BUT it barely does that and just acts as a buff state that u need on whenever available. Wr also has a counter with a heat cost which is already bad but ontop of that it has the longest endlag of any counter in the game.
Devil's rainbow is probably the best move in the kit as it's a move very similar to RTZ or Time stops as it stops an opponent from doing something allowing you to get a free combo / damage... The issue is the hitbox of the move is rng based making it almost impossible to guarantee hitting someone with it.
The only other positive about this stand is the fact that it's beatdown ignores iframes... It still only does 70 damage but thats something.
It actually upsets me how people will sit and defend weather report by saying "It has high damage combos" or "the bd ignores iframes" because that doesn't make it good... Things in games can be bad with good aspects. You can be good with something bad you don't need to make excuses for how it's good...
