How to CONVERT a SCRATCH 3.0 PROJECT File into HTML to play OFFLINE | Share projects - Tutorial
In this video, we explain how to transform a Scratch project (*.sb3) into an HTML file so that it can be used offline in any computer. To do so, we use HTMLifier: https://sheeptester.github.io/htmlifier/
You can then watch tutorials to convert the HTML file into an EXE file. There are plenty of them.
