Hoje vamos falar sobre mais uma ferramenta da Disciplina Positiva que é:
LIMITE O TEMPO DE TELA
Tempo de tela é realmente viciante e interfere nas relações. Para crianças pequenas, abaixo de 2 anos, a Academia Americana de Pediatria recomenda não usar televisão, tablet ou celular com a criança, porque interefere no desenvolvimento do cérebro. E para as crianças maiores de 2 anos? É recomendado 1 hora por dia!
