Step 1: Define the SQL command in the file instead of storing into the Variable or Direct Query method
Step 2: Place the Execute SQL Task by selecting the SQLsorucetype as "FIle Connection"
Step 3: Browse the file and create the File connection
Ste 4: While running the package it takes the query stored in the file and will be executed in the SQL server
