How to use Grammarly in overleaf
• Install the chrome extension for Overleaf Textarea 'if you are using the Chrome browser: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/de...
• Make sure you also have the Grammarly chrome extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/de...
• Set ‘Overleaf TextArea’ to ‘active’.
• Refresh your overleaf document, and you should see an editable text area on the right where Grammarly can check the text. When you correct any text, it will be automatically updated in the main editor.
• Check the ‘active’ checkbox, to see the pdf view again.
• Tip: if the red highlight errors from Grammarly are in the wrong place, refreshing the page usually fixes it! But I found that after making one correction, the red highlights are in the wrong place again… Hopefully, there will be a bug fix for this soon!
