Established in 2006, BİMER, or the Prime Ministry Communication Center, was closed with the presidential system adopted in Türkiye by referendum on April 16, 2017, and implemented on July 9, 2018. It was reestablished as CİMER, or the Presidential Communication Center. CİMER is a communication system that allows citizens to directly communicate their requests, opinions, suggestions, reports, complaints, right to information, and thanks to the Presidency or relevant ministries. In this video, we examine how to apply for CİMER.
