This Build is my personal competitive tested Build

Weight = 68 kilo / 149 lbs

Using L1 keeps your keeper on his position, but when you keep holding it, the keeper is gonna do strange animations so what i do is tapping it, and 2 sec before the shot i release L1 and use my right stick to dive at the right moment towards the ball.
Also don't try to pre dive, choose your moment really careful when you pull the right stick.
it's also important to time your jump very carefully and on the right timing.
To learn the timing to save long distance shots, for new goalkeepers try out the career mode, it's an easy way but a good one.
