In this video lecture, I go over how to create a resource pool. A resource pool allows you to share resources across projects and it allows you to see over allocations if a resource is applied more than its availability across projects. Resource pools can also be readily used in a Master Project file so that you can not only see shared resources but also take a macro high-level view of all your projects.
