Can Plex use GPU transcoding inside a Proxmox LXC container?
In this episode, I continue the AI vs Proxmox build and test whether Plex can access the NVIDIA RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell GPU for hardware transcoding inside an LXC container.
We build the Plex container, pass the GPU through, install the required NVIDIA components, test Plex hardware transcoding, and verify whether the GPU is actually being used.
This is part of my homelab series where I let AI help me build, troubleshoot, and document a real Proxmox server from scratch.
