Revisiting the Alterra Bases, and Goin' Deeper - Depth Upgrade MK1-Subnautica: Below Zero Livestream

I have another playthrough that I'm doing on the side, and although I've spent two hours less on it than I have on THIS streaming playthrough, I'm substantially further ahead in the other one.
The food and water part of the "survival" aspect of "Subnautica: Below Zero" seems more like an excercise in "busy work" and not much more. Having to spend minutes here and there harvesting fish to create sustenance simply takes time away from exploration, and for a livestream, it's come to make less sense. Therefore, no more food. I'm converting my playthrough to the "Freedom" setting instead of "Survival" so that we can simply focus on exploring and having fun.
I need to explore more thoroughly when I'm streaming too...that's clear. To catch up, we'll be revisiting the alterra bases yet again, so as to grab all the things, and scan all the things that I missed.
Then we're goin' deeper with the help of the Seatruck Depth Upgrade MK1 to find a bunch more fragments. Hopefully we'll find some Seatruck module fragments, and start building it up as more of a mobile base.
