The March was composed by MU1 Brian Sadler, and commissioned by Adm. Stuart B. Munsch, commander of NAVEUR-NAVAF and Allied Joint Force Command Naples - JFCNP. Additionally, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa Band's own MU3 Michael LeShawn Wallace composed the percussion section of the March.
