Today, I will be using a 10x30 canvas with a custom blue base and elegant soft flow to create this beautiful Dutch Pour! It has an amazing blend of only four layering colors. Let's get started

Base Colors: Custom
Layering Colors: Amsterdam Titanium White, Liquitex Basics Prussian Blue, Amsterdam Primary Cyan and Liquitex Basics Silver Argent

All paints including the base are mixed with 2 parts Floetrol to 1 part paint with small amounts of water added to achieve the desired consistency.
