A great league starter for 1.0 and one of my favourite builds in last epoch. Its smooth to play, fun, fast and really strong with great dmg and top tier defenses. It utalizes a variety of different ways to proc lighting smites through judgement, lunge, and javelin converted to the battle standard. You can easily go into autopilot with this one.
