Having joined N26 in 2016 and 2017 respectively, Omkar and Clemens have both experienced the company in two very different sizes. Growing from roughly 15 to 80 designers & engineers, the need for a way to scale while maintaining consistency and speed became crucial. In this talk we’ll share how we started conceptualising, implementing and propagating a design system that will help us create visually and behaviourally consistent experiences across features and platforms to ensure an excellent user experience at scale.
