I Tried A Thai Foot Massage Tutorial (Thai Massage Stick)
This is a request for stick foot massage (sometimes referred to as reflexology stick massage, Thai stick massage and more). As I haven't trained in this treatment I thought it would be fun to introduce myself to it via another channel's tutorial.
I chose Helen McGuinness, a very well respected industry expert who's books I used during my own massage training. I've followed it cold, so what you see is my natural findings as I followed the basic movements (my left-handedness may have made it trickier at times!).
I hope you enjoy it and remember, I wouldn't offer this treatment to my clients as I haven't trained in it. It's just for fun.
