Mucinous cystadenoma usually presents in middle age from 30 to 50 years, here’s a case in a young adolescent with palpable abdominal mass.

Ultrasound usually show me a large to very large adnexal mass with multiple thin septations and loculations plus internal debris likely from mucin production.

They are usually benign and have a great prognosis with surgical removal being the treatment of choice.
