How To Fix The FM23 Youth Development Problem | FM101 | Football Manager 2023 Hardcore Mode
If you pay attention in the Football Manager community, you'll know that FM23 has a youth development problem. The computer tends to not give young players the gametime they deserve, and young players tend to not make their national teams the way they should for their own development.
Fortunately, there is a solution. If you're not using it now, you really need to use the Increase Realism Megapack by @Daveincid.
