A drug dealer who ground illegal substances in a coffee grinder has been uncovered in Krasnoyarsk Krai.
Officers from the Drug Control Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Krasnoyarsk Krai identified and stopped the illegal activity of a previously convicted resident of Sosnovoborsk, born in 1977, who intended to sell a particularly large amount of opium-type drugs in his hometown.
It was established that the detainee was working as a wholesale drug dealer for an illegal online store. During a search of the garage he used, police seized approximately 650 grams of heroin and 165 grams of methadone, as well as electronic scales, packaging material, and a coffee grinder, which he used to grind the lumpy mass of illegal substances.
Furthermore, using the geographic coordinates discovered during the examination of the perpetrator's phone, operatives found drug stashes he had set up, containing over 30 grams of heroin and nearly 24 grams of methadone. These drugs were also seized.
An investigator from the Investigative Department of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Krasnoyarsk Krai opened a criminal case against the man under Part 3 of Article 30 and Part 5 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The suspect has been remanded in custody. Police are currently investigating the route of supplying the prohibited substances to the region. #smi #news #news
