FAQ's
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE WATER TANK TO DRAIN FROM FULL TO EMPTY DURING USE?
It takes approximately 7 minutes in Boost mode and 15 minutes in Eco mode of continual spraying through the adjustable lance in the medium fan spray pattern.
IS IT SAFE TO USE THE FOAM IN NATURE?
Because we only use surfactants that meet the biodegradability criteria from OCED guidelines, we have been able to develop a cleaner that is not only safe for your pride and joy, but also for you and the environment without giving up anything on cleaning power and performance.
HOW LOUD IS IT?
88 dB at max power output.
CAN I USE OTHER BRANDS BATTERY PACKS WITH THE MOBILE PRESSURE WASHER?
No we would not recommend that you do this as the pressure washer is dialled in to be used with the battery provided.
DO I GET A WARNING WHEN THE BATTERY PACK IS ABOUT TO RUN OUT?
The battery pack included has a charge indicator which shows you how much battery is remaining.
WHAT'S THE EXPECTED LIFE EXPECTANCY OF THE BATTERY PACK?
The battery is under warranty for 2 years, however it’s built to last for much longer than that. There are a number of factors that determine how long a battery will last.
CAN IT BE PLUGGED INTO A MAINS SUPPLY?
No, it can’t. We do sell additional battery packs though if you need more juice or check out the Ultimate Bundle, which includes 2 x 40v lithium-ion batteries.
CAN IT BE PLUGGED UP TO A WATER SUPPLY?
No, it can’t. If you have a tap nearby you can keep topping up the tank as long as you’ve got battery life left.
CAN YOU POUR THE PINK NANO TECH CLEANER STRAIGHT INTO THE WATER TANK?
We wouldn’t recommend this, instead use the Snow Foam Lance supplied with the washer which can be used with Nano tech or Snow Foam.
CAN I USE THE LANCES FROM MY MAINS MUC-OFF PRESSURE WASHER ON THE MOBILE PRESSURE WASHER?
Whilst they do fit we wouldn’t recommend using them as the internals have been optimised on the mobile washer lances to deliver a safe pressure, run time and flow rate.
CAN YOU FILL IT UP FROM A PUDDLE, POND OR STREAM?
Yes, if the water is clear and free from debris. The Pressure Washer has a built-in water filter to help prevent the unit from getting clogged up. We would not recommend using sea water though as over time the salt will corrode the internal parts.
