How to make great sounding pads!
Today we're taking a more philosophic approach on what we should be aiming for when making pads. These concepts work in any synthesizer, in this video we're using Arturia Pigments.
There are a couple things we should follow and think about when making pads, such as where are they supposed to fit in our track? Is the pad supporting other elements? Is the pad the main focus? How much of the frequency spectrum is the pad going to occupy? And many more questions
