To complete this technique we will learn the following:
Apply a layer mask
Copy or Duplicate a layer
Transform a layer with Skew
Fill a layer selection with a Gradient color
Apply a Multiply Blend mode to a layer
Apply a Guassian Blur filter
Adjust the Opacity level of a layer
Apply a Photo Color Filter adjustment layer.
