The mission of Hillsborough County government is to provide effective quality service at a reasonable cost with courtesy, integrity and accountability in a manner that protects and enhances the quality of life of our diverse population.
Hillsborough Asks connects county residents and their questions to Hillsborough County department experts. Questions can range from pets, parks, water. and sewage, or just general questions.
Hillsborough residents can also access the County's online Customer Service Center - At Your Service. At Your Service allows you to make Hillsborough County online service requests 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Your request will be routed directly to the team responsible for providing that service.
