Today I present to you a new rug, which I've called "Free Geometry." Why this name? Because this technique allows you to knit a rug of any size and with virtually any geometric pattern. The main advantage of this knitting technique is that you don't need to trim the cord when changing colors, and there are no drawthroughs. You can knit in the round or in turning rows. The pattern uses only single crochets and chain stitches, i.e., the simplest elements. The pattern itself is limited only by your imagination: you can knit squares, rectangles, long ones, short ones, straight ones with twists...
The size of the rug made from 3 skeins is 65 cm x 120 cm.
In the video, I'll only show the knitting principle, and you can figure out how to continue it yourself. However, if you get a lot of suggestions in the comments, I'll post a schematic diagram of this rug. So, let's get knitting.
