How to open black shells or mule feet, the two easiest tricks
Many of us know how delicious black conch shells can be, but we also know how difficult they seem to open. Today we're showing you two super-easy ways to open them. These tricks were shared by the chef of a leading seafood restaurant in the city. This mollusk, known as Anadaras tuberculosas or commonly known as black conch shells, is common in the Pacific, known for its apparent aphrodisiac and its delicious flavor in various dishes, the most notable being ceviche and rice with conch shells.
