Savjbolagh is located in Alborz province.
It extends from the southern slopes of Alborz to the Qazvin plain.
The language of most of the natives of this region is Azerbaijani Turkish.
There are gardens in the plain areas and abundant springs in the mountains.
Due to favorable job conditions and many factories, migration from other regions of Iran to Hashtgerd is high.
