COACHING CUES:
-Active foot control in front and back foot.
-Three contact points on the box. Big toe, pinky toe, heel.
-Upright neutral spine.
-Drive back leg up explosively using the posterior musculature of the front leg.
-Return leg down to the ground and immediately upon landing drive back up limiting ground contact time.
-Repeat for prescribed reps or time.
