MYEG Sponsorship of Electrical Items to Save School for Refugees
Save School for Refugees in Gombak is a refugee learning education centre that provides primary and secondary education to refugee children, as well as literacy programmes for adults. It has been a part of the refugee community since 2011. At the moment there are over 200 refugee students from Somalia and Yemen enrolled here.

Sadly, the school was evicted from their previous location but thankfully, they managed to find a new place to operate from at Jalan Jernai in Gombak.

On 26th July 2019, Komuniti MYEG stepped in to assist the school by sponsoring and installing 3 air conditioning units and 3 ceiling fans. We hope that all students will be more comfortable in their new environment and be motivated in their studies.
