Rollenhandling mit Gelenk-Rollenwender (GW) / Rollhandling with Self-Reel-Feeder (GW)
Dieser rein mechanische Rollenwender ist für das Handling von Rollen mit max. 250 kg Rollengewicht, 1000 mm Rollendurchmesser und einer Rollenbreite von 200 bis 760 mm ausgelegt. Durch die Rollenbreiteneinstellung am Spanndorn über einen Stellring und eine Skala ist die Rolle stets ausbalanciert und läßt sich leicht Wenden, von der horizontalen in die vertikale Achslage, sowie umgekehrt. Der Wendearm wird durch einen Rotationsdämpfer gebremst um die Schwenkbewegung stets sanft auszuführen.
This purely mechanical reel turner is designed for handling reels with a maximum weight of 250 kg, 1000 mm reel diameter and a rell width of 200 to 760 mm. Due to the reel width adjustment on the gripper via adjusting ring and scale, the reel is always balanced and can be easily turned, from the horizontal to the vertical axis position, as well as vice versa. The turning arm has a rotation break wich controles the turning movement to have always a smooth turning movement.
