Does Playing Arena Make You Better at Tarkov?
Arena and Tarkov while being technically the same game, are fundamentally different experiences. Arena is hyper focused on getting into as many fights with other players as possible, while Tarkov has always been about the raid experience, and everything that entails. And while Arena is still awesome, and an excellent off shoot for the main game, if you play Arena to specifically get better at the main game, sadly there are enough differences between the two modes and outside circumstances out of your control that there isn't a ton of overlap between Tarkov and Arena. You will some levels of improvement including aim and crosshair placement, but that's about where the overlap stops. Tarkov requires you to think about so much more; Arena just wants you to fight other players. And that's not bad, but just different.
