#SorrelSoup
Cook the broth. I used chicken back and two breast fillets.
Once the broth is cooked, remove the meat and add it to the broth.
200g of julienned potatoes, cook for 10 minutes.
Crack two eggs in a bowl, beat with a fork, and add them to the already boiled potatoes in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
Finely chop 150g of sorrel and add to the pan.
Add the sautéed vegetables (100g of diced onion, grated carrots, and 2 cloves of garlic, fry in sunflower oil until golden brown).
Greens
The meat that was removed when making the broth.
Salt, pepper, and a drop of 70% vinegar.
I always miss a little sourness, but if you don't like it, you can omit it. Cook everything together for another 10 minutes and the soup is ready.
It's delicious, just like summer, and can be eaten cold and served with sour cream. #girlinblueapron #food #omsk #diningroom
