Let's Talk About Reaper - Exporting Project MIDI w/Time Markers
In this episode, I'll quickly explain how to export project midi, along with tempo and time changes and project markers embedded. This is a great way to send complex projects to someone else for use in Reaper or another DAW, as it will give them all your markers and tempo changes.
You may also use it to export ALL MIDI of a project (as the name would imply) to a multi channel MIDI file so that all of your MIDI instrumentation can easily be carried to another DAW, however that portion is not covered in much detail, as I primarily deal with recorded audio and not virtual instruments as of this typing.
