How To Make a Pokemon Rom Hack GBA Part 7 ⚙ Launching Visual Boy Advance With Save States
Today, we’re back making our Pokemon Rom Hack. In this episode, I want to show you how to use save states in Visual Boy Advanced Ace.
We’ll see how to save and load our save states, how to use the keyboard shortcuts and how those actual save states are stored on your computer
After that, I pop back into Unity and edit our Launcher so that it can launch Visual Boy with our save state loaded afterwards
Having this setup should greatly speed up our development time Ace, since we aren’t constantly having to use the in-game menus to get back to the point in the game we want to test from
