Reef Octopus Blade: New Linear Flow Pump Unveiled at MACNA 2019

After weeks of enigmatic teases on social media, Reef Octopus finally clued us in on the mysterious new project they have been working on: a new linear flow pump called the Blade!
While the design may seem familiar, what makes the Blade unique is that each pump can be run separately, together, or even connect to each other! Each Blade is capable of producing 2,113 gallons per hour of flow and measures a mere 6".
The Blade is WiFi controllable and comes with a new Flow Controller that is capable of powering and controlling two Blade pumps. Another cool thing about the new controller is that you can also connect and power Octo Pulse 2 and Octo Pulse 4 pumps from it, making it a really versatile water flow solution.
And, of course, the Reef Octopus Blade is going to be compatible with the upcoming HYDROS WaveEngine by CoralVue. Watch today's video to learn more about this exciting development in aquarium water flow!
