The ECB has announced its intention to launch its own DIGITAL CURRENCY in 2027, which it calls the Digital Euro. The principle is simple: copy current cryptocurrencies by leveraging the existing currency: the EURO.
THE GOAL? To make the EURO work on the BLOCKCHAIN! It sounds great, but it's the complete OPPOSITE! In reality, this DIGITAL EURO is NOT a CRYPTOCURRENCY but rather yet another means of control that risks threatening OUR FREEDOM.
