Just a quick video on how to fix 'Failed - Virus scan failed' error in Google Chrome browser.
Here's how to resolve this issue:
1. Run the REGEDIT
2. Browse the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Attachments
3. Now, select the 'ScanWithAntiVirus' DWORD key and change its value data to 1.
4. Relaunch Google Chrome and try downloading your file(s) again.
