Welcome to the top of the iconic сrimean object of Soviet architecture. Former headquarters of the military scientific radio-electronic bureau. It is the tallest building in Sevastopol (height 70 m).
"Cologne" is how people call this building (derived from the building's resemblance to a bottle of men's cologne, popular in the mid-1980s).
Now it is a beginning to develop IT-cluster.
