Required documents for JNTU Kakinada Transcripts:

1. B.tech Provisional Certificate, B.tech CMM: No need to carry original certificates to college & JNTU Kakinada University
please carry colour photocopies (1 or 2 sets)
(1 or 2 sets of B&W photocopy optional)
Even if you require one/more no.of transcripts university will take only one set of photocopy. Carrying extra photocopies is for our safety.
2. All semester marks memo: No need to carry original certificates to college & JNTU Kakinada University
Please carry colour photocopies (1 or 2 sets)
(1 or 2 sets of B&W photocopy optional)
3. WES academic request form : this we can get it from google/below drive link
4. Application for Transcripts : this we can get it from google/below drive link

5. SBI collect payment receipts : this we will get it from any SBI collect page

6. CN 22 (Custom declaration) Form : this we can get it from google
7. Aadhaar Photocopy : If you require JNTU K should send transcripts to your home address

we need to visit our college where we have completed Bachelor’s Degree
We have to carry below documents to the college and make it attested by principal of college
Before visiting college, first we need to pay transcript application fee in SBI collect

Transcripts : depends upon number of transcripts we need : 770 (my case)
WES/CES/ICES/IQAS/NCEES/SPANTRAN VERIFICATION : 2000
Postal Charges for WES : 1500

If you have completed payment and forgot to note down payment reference number/ download receipt, you can simply go to below URL and can retrieve your receipt using your mobile number

Step by Step Procedure
=============================
1. Go to examination cell of your college and tell them about your purpose of visit (transcript)
2. They will check your documents and prepare a transcripts application request form on college letter head
3. They will put the stamp on all your photocopies (JNTUK Transcript application form, WES academic request form , application form on college letter head, B.tech PC, B.tech CMM, all semester wise marks memos, SBI collect payment receipts )
4. Carry all the above documents to principal and get it signed
5. Now, please visit the JNTU Kakinada University Examination cell and submit the application with all documents [make sure every document you submit must have college principal attestation (signature and stamp) ]
