HOW MANY DAYS DID IT TOOK TO RECOVER MY FB ACCOUNT?
My account was disabled on June 18, 2019 and I recovered it on July 4, 2019 so it was 16 DAYS.
First of all your e-mail must be linked to your facebook account and it should still be accessible. If you forgot your password on that e-mail for example on your Yahoo Mail then it's a different story.
I noticed that Facebook doesn't send SMS directly to a Mobile number so I used my linked e-mail address to contact with Facebook and my problem is finally Solved. 😊
