Sigview : Reporting and Alerting Features
Drill-down analysis on a web-based platform powered by an advanced reports extraction and alert notifications brings together a strong and reliable system for business intelligence. Sigview enables this for us in a very easy-to-use fashion!
Let’s see how we have empowered users with our Reports Manager! Users can create a highly customized report using this interface. Give a report name, choose the data timezone and the date range. Further, select the filtering criteria by adding or updating the filters and go on to select the required dimensions and metrics for data extraction in the desired column order.
Sigview also helps users narrow down the results in the report by applying metric filters and choosing the right sort order. Add a metric filter by clicking funnel icon against the relevant metric and entering your condition. Change the sort order by clicking on Data Sorted by option. Once all selections are made, one can view the summary and data format preview before downloading the data. Hit download to download the CSV data instantly once you are set! You can also email the report to your email ID for larger volume of results.
Reports Manager on Sigview keeps a record of historical downloads in the left pane. You can click on a previous report and tweak as necessary to download same or similar report. If you wish to schedule this report, you can do so from here - choose the expected time of arrival and add additional recipients as desired and click on Schedule. Your scheduled report gets listed in the left pane.
There are more ways to get notified when you are not using the platform. Another way is by setting up Alerts. With SigView, users can set up complex alerts criteria for a particular data volume. For instance, I wish to get notified on a daily basis when Impressions fall below 1000 while Wins are greater than 1100 for the country UK. I can enable it from Alerts side navigation pane. The newly created alert gets activated and listed here.
