To be honest about anything works here but this is the most comfortable strat for me so far. Sanzo with angel target already shuts down almost all cyclones, there isn't much cash in this stage so I use cameraman to kill red cyclone for a massive boost after that cash boost you can easily stack up units to more consistently deal with the cyclones. Also don't forget to use necrodancer in the research combo's he helps against cosmic cyclone I forgot he existed. Cameraman level might matter because angel cyclone died pretty late.
