Fr. Juan Severino Mallari First Serial Killer Of The Philippines
Juan Severino Mallari is the first documented serial killer from the Philippines. He was also a Catholic priest. It was during the Spanish colonial period that Mallari served as a parish priest in Magalang, Pampanga. He reportedly killed 57 people in the area. In 1840, he was hanged for his crimes.
