Everyday I'm burning in this place
the ocean of the sunrise calls my name
like I called yours in darkness-tainted dreams
where I do set my ships and sail away
Sail, set and sail, I raise my anchors from the mud
like they rise up their bodies from their prayers
I leave the bitter world behind my back
As ships of sunset did so many times
As still I'm breathing yet I live
On my lonely barge I dwell
From the past your silver wind
I palm to soothe your lonely land
